Senior Business Change Project Manager required for an large and very complex Change and Transformation Programme, based near Manchester, paying up to £75K + Car + Bonus + Benefits

As Senior Change Project Manager you will work on one of the largest change programmes in the North West.

We're ideally looking for proven experience in company-wide and complex Business Change, and on this occasion we're not looking for too much focus on technology or digital projects.

Experience in the following areas will be important:

• Delivering Complex change projects and programmes upwards of £1m, with multiple workstreams, vendors and functions that are impacted
• A collaborative nature, working with people and functions to engage and bring on the journey
• Able to join an already successful team and culture, as well as bring your own ideas to drive change
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders, including training, clear communication and steering committees

• Proven experience on high value, impactful, change programmes with substantial cost benefit realisation will be key
