Integration Architect – Manchester – On site 3 days a week – outside IR35.

As the integration architect you will be working with a team of integration specialists and solution architects, you will be supporting a new programme of digital change which includes the introduction of new SaaS applications and a new Enterprise Integration Platform (middleware) into the company’s IT landscape.

As the integration Architect you will design and implement integration architectures and solutions for connecting internal and external systems. You will develop integration strategies to ensure seamless, efficient, and scalable data flow between different applications and systems.

As the integration architect you will be expected to Provide technical leadership in the use of integration middleware, API management, and cloud integration services. Working closely with IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration requirements and oversee the development and maintenance of integration platforms.


You will have experience of as much of the following as possible:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of integration patterns, middleware, and API management tools.
• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, AWS Integration Services).
• Familiarity with enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
• Understanding of security protocols and data encryption techniques.
• Knowledge of both traditional and agile software development methodologies.
• Proven experience of working with business and technical stakeholders to deliver suitable solutions.
• Vendor management
