Senior IT Project Manager – Surrey – Hybrid

£70 to 75k plus 15% bonus, strong pension, private health & benefits.

IT Project Manager required to be a key part of delivering technology projects that are aimed at delivering technology solutions which improve this organisations way of working to deliver a greater customer focused experience.

As the Senior IT PM, the Head of will look to you identify, create and embed new processes and ways of working to improve the project delivery capability in what is a very new project set up and team.

As the Senior IT Project Manager, you will work closely with the IT and business and be responsible for leading digitally based technology projects and several cross disciplined workstreams in an agile / hybrid waterfall approach to ensure the solutions are delivered to time, cost and quality without business disruption.

The Project Managers will work closely with IT, key stakeholders, third party supplier management teams and the wider PMO.

For this role you will be expected to have experience of delivering business led IT change projects that are underpinned by technology along with extensive stakeholder engagement skills at Director and C-suite level.

The be successful in this role you will need experience of as much of the following as possible:

• Proven track record of managing and delivering technology projects or programmes.
• Demonstrable experience of talking to IT & the business.
• Hands-on experience of managing the end-to-end lifecycle process for projects
• Deliver you new process and ways of working
• Hand-on experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
• Solid experience of project methodologies – with any experience of Scrum or Agile a bonus
• Any qualifications in project management - APM, Prince, PMI, IAPM, PPM

Experience of delivering eCommerce based projects would be a bonus but is not essential.
