Business Analyst - Surrey - Hybrid

£60k to £70k plus 10% bonus, Strong pension, Private medical and other benefits.

Business analyst to be the key business analyst for this new greenfield project team to deliver business led technology based change.

Reporting to the Head of PMO & Projects, as the lead business analyst for this area you will work with technology teams & the business to take responsibility for the analysis activities related to change. Working in partnership with business stakeholders to take effective requirements, ensuring that these changes are aligned with business strategy and objectives.

You will have been involved in or be able to show proven process design, including writing functional specifications and requirements elicitation. As a business analyst you will be used to working with real autonomy, whilst managing multiple priorities in a change environment understanding the AS IS - TO BE state.

As a business analyst in this role, you will facilitate workshops, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. There will be coaching and mentoring of business stakeholders in analysis techniques and methods.

Technical skills we’re looking for include:

·       Demonstrable business analysis experience

·       Experience of working with a range of business and IT stakeholders

·       Use of business process modelling techniques

·       Experience of the full technology life cycles

·       Strong AS IS - TO BE understanding.

·       3rd Party supplier engagement

Any knowledge of customer facing applications and Business intelligence tools would be a bonus but are not essential.

Ability and proven experience in working between the business and technology to elicit effective requirements that lead to change aligned with business strategy & objectives is essential.
