Service Delivery Manager - Hybrid - Up to 60k plus bonus & Bens
Our client requires a Service Delivery Manager who will be accountable for the live services of this manufacturing company. A key part of this role will not just be running the service but managing the 3rd party vendors to help deliver the service successfully as well as you looking to improve the current service in place.
This company has been on a period of M&A and this activity will continue so there will be the opportunity to be involved in the successful integration of these purchased companies.
As the Service delivery manager you will be a pivotal appointment in bringing clear structure, processes (ITIL) and showing what good looks like whilst making sure an excellent level of customer service is achieved.
You will report directly to the IT Director and engage with other leaders in the business so good stakeholder skills are a must as part of this role.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will need proven service delivery experience using and implementing ITIL, demonstrate a good understanding of service models and strong ITIL processes.
You do not need to be a by the book ITIL evangelist but someone who understands the right parts of ITIL to implement that best suit this business.
To be successful in this role:
- Experience in Service Delivery roles
- Delivery of all IT services to meet service targets. SLA’s /OLA’s
- Have experience of developing a business ready service offering
- Managing 3rd party Vendors
- Demonstrate commercial acumen and negotiating skills
- Have strong knowledge of Service Management methodology - ITIL
- Demonstrate the ability to provide effective reporting to senior leaders;
- Proven influencing skills and engage effectively with key stakeholder.
